Campout! Carolina Happenings

In 2011, these events were associated with Campout! Carolina. We're working hard to develop events for 2012.

	Shakori Hills Grassroots Festival of Music and Dance -- Oct 7-10, 2011; www.shakorihills.org
	Jacksonville Recreation and Parks Department hosted a community campsite at Johnnie Crawford Ball Field and Kerr Street Community Center. Both are located on the waterfront in downtown Jacksonville. For information, contact Will Garcia @ (910) 938-5310 or email wgarcia@ci.jacksonville.nc.us.
	REI Durham, Durham Parks & Rec and Neighbor to Neighbor community camping at Solite Park in the City of Durham.
	Carolina Tiger Rescue sponsred “Tents and Tigers,” a Campout! Carolina campsite on October 8, 2011. For information, call Keith Gavigan at 919-542-4684 ext. 0, or email Keith Gavigan.
